**Job Title: Automotive Technician (Entry Level & Experienced)**
**Location:** Bertera Chevrolet Palmer, MA. 
**Salary Range:** $20.00 - $60.00 per hour (depending on experience)
**Job Type:** Full-time

**Job Summary:**
As an Automotive Technician at Bertera Chevrolet , you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicle issues. Whether you are just starting your career in automotive technology or have years of experience under your belt, we welcome skilled individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
- Diagnose vehicle problems using computerized diagnostic equipment and manual methods.
- Repair and replace malfunctioning parts and components (e.g., brakes, transmissions, electrical systems).
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and options to customers.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous training and education.

**Qualifications:**
*Entry Level:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in automotive repair.
- Valid driver’s license.

*Experienced:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (minimum of 1 years).
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems (engines, brakes, suspension, etc.).
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
