**Job Title: Experienced Certified Auto Technician**

**Location:** Auburn, MA. 

**Salary:** Up to $150,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

**Position Overview:**
As an Experienced Certified Auto Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles. You will work with cutting-edge tools and technology, delivering high-quality services while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform thorough vehicle diagnostics and identify issues using advanced automotive diagnostic tools.
- Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and related components with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Interpret technical service bulletins and follow repair standards as set by the manufacturer.
- Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate repair recommendations to customers transparently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continual education and training.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent credentials.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto technician in a professional setting.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
