We are currently seeking an experienced Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, managing a team of technicians and service advisors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $120,000 to $240,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings options, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
